2012, a warning?

I just watched 2012 this week on DVD and i sort of shouted my lungs out on some part of the movie. It was a good one. Its fiction which was based on facts that others believed and a lot more people still argue about, just like Dan Brown’s Da Vinci code. After watching the movie, lying in bed, you get to think – What if all of these is true? Will I survive? Well basing on the movie, I won’t. I don’t have even 1/100th of the price for the private sector and I don’t have stand out genes that the likelihood of geneticists will choosing me out of the million is almost zero. Well a few months after the movie was released a magnitude 7.0 earthquake shook Haiti on January 12, 2010 that killed more than 200,000 people. Now when the entire world’s efforts of helping Haiti get back on their feet is not yet even halfway, another Magnitude 8.8 earthquake struck on the coast of Chili. It’s more powerful than the one on Haiti, possible tsunami was prepared for. Different agencies put out tsunami warnings all over the world and evacuation on some parts where started. The good thing is that the tsunami was lower than the projected height and it didn’t cause more damage. It was just barely a month that these calamities struck us. Is this a telltale sign that the end is near? Is 2012 a warning or are these all coincidences?
