Dairy, oh Dairy!

Today I went to the doctor and had my lab exams interpreted. The other day my stomach kept me up all night. It was hurting so much and it really bothered me. I go to work at 5am so i have to be up by 4. Well I wasn’t able to sleep until past 3 so; it wasn’t really a good night. I let the office know that I will be coming late due to my stomachache. I came in 2 hours late and then went and see the company doctor. The doctor sent me home and ran some tests. Well today, we found out it was nothing serious. My tests were good. I have to take medication though, but im not taking it anyways (don’t tell my doctor). Well the apparent culprit is dairy on an empty stomach. In this case, it seemed to be the whip cream from frap which I had on a very empty and a very hungry stomach. I didn’t know that milk could be bad (unless it’s spoilt). Yeah i heard milk isn’t good for people with ulcer and hyperacidity. Well, Doc explained and then I saw the light. He said that when you take any dairy product, its dairy so it made up of lactose (lactose intolerant, hmmm?) and when it goes into an empty stomach, it reacts and then becomes lactic acid. So that's how it becomes not bad.
Well, ever since I had two extra days off work, I started waking up really late and that would result to brunch at around 11AM and that would in turn lead to being hungry at 3PM and I don’t eat because its not time for a full meal. But I do, I would either load up on chocolates or drink Chuckie until it's time to eat a proper meal during dinner. Well it took its toll on my body. Good thing it wasn't something serious. Well I'm not allowed to take anything dairy for the next 2 weeks and I dunno how I'm gonna keep off milk and chocolates and chocolate drinks and creamy stuff. Oh well better sacrifice a little than suffer something that’s irreversible. So for now um keeping from anything fried and anything with dairy.
P.S. Don’t tell anyone that I just had 1 1/2 of the creamiest cupcake in town.
