My Attempt at Ombre Nails

My friend Gang, told me about this ombre nails thing and how it's done. Omre's all the rage in fashion now, from clothes to hair and now to my nails! I immediately fell in love with it when I looked at pictures of it online and I wanted to try it right away, and of course I did it myself. I was lacking some major stuff so I had to wait a few days until I got my hands on them plus I was also growing my nails for a bigger canvass. I had several go’s before it looked presentable. I had fun doing this, and I'm definitely trying this out again!

A Must Have: How to Walk in High Heels

I came across this book when I was visiting Rhea’s room last Sinulog season. I had fun skimming through the pages of the book and committed to getting one for myself. A lot of things happened after that and I completely forgot about it. Then came birthday season and my good friend Argani asked me what I want for my birthday, it took me a while to reply. I wanted shoes and accessories but somehow deep inside I knew that I wanted something in particular. Then after about a day I remembered that I really wanted THAT book and its twin, A Year in High Heels. Argani tried to look for a good copy of A Year in High Heels but unfortunately all of the copies that he found all seemed thrashed, so How to Walk in High Heels came alone. This book is not your ordinary Instructional manual. It doesn’t just teach you how to get things done (your nails, your hair, your iPod Playlist etc.) it teaches you how to do it in style. It’s like the Social Graces Class that my friend used to take only 100 times better. Camilla Morton’s writing style is both chic and absolutely oozing with wit. I would buy her book even if she writes about the most boring of topics just for her wit. Well what are you waiting for??? Go get a copy NOW!
