I have always marveled at hose perfectly done nail tips and I have always attributed them to uncanny , superhuman steady hands of an artist. When I found out that there is a trick that would allow me(with coffee-induced unsteady hands) to do it my own, I got so excited. If you've read my previous blog entries, you'd notice that I'm no fan of salon manipedi. I prefer to do it myself. I don't like other people tinkering into my nails because I don't like the use of nippers. I thank God and my genes for the easy to maintain nails that has been passed on to me.

How to: Enabling Virtual Home Button in iOS devices

I'm a novice iOS user, I don’t know my way around iTunes and I'm helpless with data transfer and functionality shit. Anyhow, I have noticed that my friends have this floating home button and I found it annoying at first. They said its because the home button has an unfortunate tendency of malfunctioning when overused. I pondered upon that and I realized that it makes sense, so I joined in. My problem was, I don’t know what it’s officially called and how to enable it. So I did a little searching and here’s what I found. I hope this helps all other none savvy users like me.  

It's called Virtual Home Button and to enable it you have to follow the steps below: 

 Go to Settings then General 

How to: Show the Menu Bar

Does your browser, Windows Explorer or other software lack the usual Menu Bar? Then this post is for you. I have been working on computers for over four years now and experience tells me that a lot of people has this dilemma. They do not know how to get it to show up, and in turn, affects their productivity. 

Ill be showing you the easiest way to get your Menu Bar.  And when I say, easiest, I mean the easiest.

 With Windows Explorer(or Computer, or whatever name you are accustomed to), you just have to click on Organize then click on Layout and then click on the Menu bar to check it so it will show every time you open Windows Explorer.

Im no fan of Mozilla Firefox but a lot of people seems to be using it. My friend, Along said he liked Firefox because it's very light. Well anyways, I thought of some tips to share and I wanted to start with this one. 

If you want to change Firefox's default location, you should click onTools and then click on options.

My Attempt at Ombre Nails

My friend Gang, told me about this ombre nails thing and how it's done. Omre's all the rage in fashion now, from clothes to hair and now to my nails! I immediately fell in love with it when I looked at pictures of it online and I wanted to try it right away, and of course I did it myself. I was lacking some major stuff so I had to wait a few days until I got my hands on them plus I was also growing my nails for a bigger canvass. I had several go’s before it looked presentable. I had fun doing this, and I'm definitely trying this out again!
