How to: Enabling Virtual Home Button in iOS devices

I'm a novice iOS user, I don’t know my way around iTunes and I'm helpless with data transfer and functionality shit. Anyhow, I have noticed that my friends have this floating home button and I found it annoying at first. They said its because the home button has an unfortunate tendency of malfunctioning when overused. I pondered upon that and I realized that it makes sense, so I joined in. My problem was, I don’t know what it’s officially called and how to enable it. So I did a little searching and here’s what I found. I hope this helps all other none savvy users like me.

It's called Virtual Home Button and to enable it you have to follow the steps below:

 Go to Settings then General

iOS 6, what have you?

I hate seeing alerts on my screen, be it on my mobile device to my PC at the office. That's why I religiously read emails, turn off meeting alerts and update anything offered on my mobile just to get rid of those pesky alerts! And so I have ios 6 now. Be it known that, that is the only reason I updated my OS. Well there isn't much difference so far, seeing that we don't use maps (and I heard, they were sooo bad, that the CEO himself recommended their rival's maps, tsk tsk) here and I don't have Siri. The only difference that I can see is the integration of Facebook and Twitter. Not much of a difference for me since I have those apps already. The only good side I can think of is the enhanced permissions notification. You get alerts every time an app accesses information from your device, so you are better informed about what info will be given used. If you're using the "tuli" version, I suggest skipping this one, too much hassle for very little difference.
